Definitions: 

HIV/AIDS Health Promotion and Education Cooperative Agreements: This program is targeted at minority serving organizations to support educational and outreach efforts to address HIV/AIDS among minority populations.
The Technical Assistance and Capacity Development Demonstration Grant Program: This program works to establish effective and durable service delivery capacity for HIV prevention and treatment in community-based organizations (CBOs) closely linked with minority populations.
Bilingual/Bicultural Demonstration Program: This program seeks to address the cultural and linguistic barriers to health care service delivery and to increase access to care for specific bilingual/bicultural populations.
Community Partnerships to Improve Minority Health: This program is targeted at improving the health of specific minority populations through health promotion and disease risk reduction intervention programs.
The Minority Community Health Partnership HIV/AIDS Program: This program focuses on improving the health of minorities through health promotion and education activities.
