Definitions: 


Licensed Nurse Hours: include those staffed by registered nurses, licensed practical nurses, and licensed vocational nurses.
Total Nursing Staff Hours: include licensed nurse hours and those staffed by nursing aides, nursing orderlies, and nursing assistants.
