| Notes: | Includes CCP, PPO Demonstration, Cost, PFFS, Regional PPO, and other demonstration contracts. Excludes HCPP, PACE, and employer/group market only plans. Numbers of contracts across regions, states or MSAs add up to more than total number of contracts since a contract may span across regions, states, or MSAs. CCP contracts include HMO, PSO, and local PPO contracts. As of March 2005, approximately 80% of CCP contracts and 98% of CCP enrollment are in HMOs. SNP only contracts are excluded. Starting in 2006, only plans that are available for new enrollment are included. |
