3. Connecticut has two income standards, based upon the region. Other areas have an income limit of 66% FPL for individuals and 59% FPL for couples.
4. Massachusetts does not have an income limit for non-institutionalized people with disabilities. For the elderly and people in institutions the income standard is 100% FPL.
5. Texas''s Medically Needy program does not cover the aged or disabled.
6. Vermont uses a higher income standard of 111% FPL (individual) and 82% FPL (couples) for residents of Chittenden County only.
7. State has expanded coverage for parents under waivers using Medicaid and/or SCHIP funds.
